Experienced in handling multiple trades including structural, architectural, civil, painting, fit-out, and general construction works using PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D.

BLONDEE GWENN MASAYA, CE
She is a Licensed Civil Engineer in the Philippines with solid experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, structural design and analysis, shop drawings, and project management for residential, commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects.
She is skilled in project coordination, tender evaluation, progress billing, scheduling, and site supervision. She is adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely project delivery.
CHRISVIAJ MARIE LAO
She is a Construction Estimator and Quantity Surveyor with over 5 years of experience supporting residential, commercial, and industrial construction projects across the United States, Australia, and the Philippines. Her expertise includes all-trades estimating, painting and finishes takeoffs, industrial coatings, intumescent coating systems, metal fabrication quantity surveying, cost planning, bid preparation, project administration, and email management.
She has experience estimating a wide range of specialty scopes, including architectural paints, industrial coatings, stains, epoxy floor systems, traffic paint, wallpaper, vinyl wall coverings, FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Panels), fireproofing systems, fire-rated doors, hollow metal doors and frames, railings, handrails, and architectural metalwork.
